You may return the product and place a new order for another colour, or a different size, or an entirely new style.

In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if product delivered, is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product. For the process of return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the tags.

The product must be returned in original condition. Worn, washed or otherwise used products will not be accepted.

We offer free reverse pick-up services for all orders shipped within India for all your Returns or Exchanges.

If you want to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and for the unwanted item(s) for a full refund and then make a new purchase for the desired item(s). 

Instructions for Sending Your Return Back to #SATTITUDE


·        To initiate a reverse pick-up request kindly go to My Order section then navigate to order number you want to generate return request and click on the View Order.

·        Once you click on the View Order the order details page will open and you will be able to see Return button.

·        Click on the Return button to open Return page.

·        On the Return Page select items you want to return and select reason then click on the Return button.

·        Once your request has been successfully registered, you will receive a reverse-pickup courier AWB number from us.

·        Pack the item you wish to return in the original delivery package, please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it in and all the tags of the product are in place.

·        When our courier partner arrives, hand over the parcel.

·        Once we receive the returned courier at the our warehouse address, we will then Credit the amount in your account.


·        We will notify you once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within 2 Days. 

Note: All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
